Canada is a welcoming nation. An inclusive nation. In a world where many are turning inward and closing off, Canada is reaching out. We want to build bridges while others build walls. As individuals, we represent the diversity of many nations. As a country, we have embraced the differences between one another.

We are more than the sum of our parts. Together, we are better.

Canada was once a pioneer in artistic swimming, but the sport has changed. And so Canada can be a pioneer again. We will unite our teams by embracing what makes each person different, unique and special. Together we will transform what is expected, what is possible, and what people around the world think about artistic swimming.

In September, Canada Artistic Swimming will be introducing AquaGO!, a brand new national entry-level program designed specifically to meet the aquatic literacy needs of 5-9 year old girls and boys. This program encourages youngsters to enjoy movement in the water with a goal of developing the fundamental skills to enable participation in aquatic-based activities through their teen and adult years.

We can’t wait to see Canada try it out!
