Émile-Journault\nMontréal\, QC H2M 2E7\n\n\nPool Specs\nCompetition Side: 20m x 20m x very deep (dive tank)\nWarmup Side: 25m x 25m x 2.0m\n\n\nDeck Privileges\nAll Coaches must have proper accreditations on them at all times\, and will be expected to have the proper level of certification as per the CAS Coach Registration & Certification Policy.\n\n\nSecurity & Health Services\nTrained Lifeguards will be on deck at all times during the competition\n\n\nRules for Gelling\nWe ask that clubs consider doing gelling and degelling at the hotel whenever possible. Absolutely no degelling in the pool will be tolerated.\n\n\nWhere to Eat\nTables will be supplied on the pool level + tables available on the upper level\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION\, FEES & PAYMENTS\n\n\n\nEntry Deadline\nTuesday\, April 16\, 2024 at 11:59pm EST\n\n\nEntry Submission Information\nAll registration and entries must be sent online using Canada Artistic Swimming’s Event Registration system\, except for Ontario and Quebec clubs or International athletes who must fill out the appropriate excel registration forms.\n\n\nEntry Fees\n\n\n\n\nSolo Tech / Free\n$45\n\n\nDuet Tech/Free & Mixed Duet Tech/Free\n$95\n\n\nTeam Tech / Free\n$175\n\n\nFree Combination\n$205\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLate Entries\nOnce the deadline has passed\, changes can only be requested by email\, at stephane@artisticswimming.ca\, and will be subject to a late fee. \nAccording to CAS Rule\, 20.2.2 a)\, Each routine whose entry package has not been received or is incomplete by the stated deadline is automatically assessed a $50 fine. This fine must be paid to the Chief Referee or designate at the coaches meeting prior to the competition\, or the routines concerned will be disqualified from the competition. \nThe FINAL deadline for late entries is 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition\, on April 23\, 2024\, 11:59 pm EST. No entries will be accepted after this date.\n\n\nAthlete Fee\nThe athlete fee is $100 per athlete. The online Event Registration Form (coming soon) should be used to add this amount to the club’s total.\n\n\nPayment\nTwo payment methods are available. In both cases\, payment must be received before the final payment deadline to avoid penalties. \n\nPreferred Method: By Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to payment@artisticswimming.ca (we accept transfers with no transfers! f your bank still requires one\, it should be MASTERS2024)\nBy cheque\, payable to Canada Artistic Swimming\, sent to:\n\nCanada Artistic Swimming\nc/o June Sterling\n700 Industrial Avenue\, Suite 312\nOttawa\, ON\, K1G 0Y9\n\nNote that the payment deadline is one week after registration\, on April 23\, 2024\, but that late penalties will be strictly enforced.\n\n\nEvent Registration Form\nAll clubs must fill out the online Event Registration Form which will be used to provide all the pertinent information to the Organizing Committee and to calculate total cost to remit to Canada Artistic Swimming.\n\n\nConsent Forms & Waivers\nAll athletes must fill out the Athlete Waivers and Medical Release forms before May 5\, 2024.\n\n\n\nMUSIC\nOnce you have filled out your Online Registration Form\, we will send you a Dropbox File Request which you must use to send your music files. Note that music files sent by email will NOT be accepted – the Dropbox link must be used. \nFILE FORMAT\nPlease note that digital music will be used at this competition.
