Absolutely no degelling in the pool will be tolerated.\n\n\nWhere to Eat\nAthlete eating area will be supplied in a gym for the duration of the competition.\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION\, FEES & PAYMENTS\n\n\n\nEntry Deadline\nTuesday\, April 15\, 2025 at 11:59pm EST\n\n\nEntry Submission Information\nAll provinces except ON & QC: All registration and entries must be sent online using the CAS Registration System (RAMP Interactive). \nON & QC: Registration must be done using the provided Excel spreadhseet. Files and instructions are available in the Quick Links section.\n\n\nEntry Fees (Subject to change)\n\n\n\n\nYouth/AdAS Figures\n$50\n\n\nSolo Tech/Free\n$50\n\n\nDuet Tech/Free / Mixed Duet Tech/Free\n$100\n\n\nTeam Tech/Free\n$200\n\n\nFree Combination / Acrobatic Routine\n$200\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLate Entries\nOnce the deadline has passed\, changes can only be requested by email\, at stephane@artisticswimming.ca\, and will be subject to a late fee. \nAccording to CAS Rule\, 20.2.2 a)\, Each routine whose entry package has not been received or is incomplete by the stated deadline is automatically assessed a $50 fine. This fine must be paid to the Chief Referee or designate at the coaches meeting prior to the competition\, or the routines concerned will be disqualified from the competition. \nThe FINAL deadline for late entries is 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition\, on April 22\, 2025\, 11:59 pm EST. No entries will be accepted after this date.\n\n\nAthlete Fee\nThe athlete fee is $150 per athlete. The amount should be calculated on the event excel registration form (ON & QC) or through the RAMP competition registration system (other provinces).\n\n\nAthlete Area Fee\nThe athlete fee is used to procure areas for athletes and clubs to eat and rest\, and has been integrated in the total athlete fee for 2025\n\n\nPayment\nour payment methods are available. In both cases\, payment must be received before the final payment deadline to avoid penalties. \n\nPreferred Method 1: By Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to payment@artisticswimming.ca (we accept transfers with no passwords! f your bank still requires one\, it should be CASC2025)\nPreferred Method #2: By bank wire. Please contact june@artisticswimming.ca to get bank details if you’d like to pay this way.\nBy credit card. If you’re registering through RAMP\, you will be able to do it directly through the system. If you’re in ON & QC\, please send a request to june@artisticswimming.ca to request a credit card payment invoice.\nBy cheque\, payable to Canada Artistic Swimming\, sent to:\n\n\nCanada Artistic Swimming\nc/o June Sterling\n700 Industrial Avenue\, Suite 312\nOttawa\, ON\, K1G 0Y9 \n\nNote that the payment deadline is one week after registration\, on April 22\, 2025\, but that late penalties will be strictly enforced.\n\n\nEvent Registration Form\nAll clubs must fill out the online Event Registration Form (coming soon) which will be used to provide all the pertinent information to the Organizing Committee and to calculate total cost to remit to Canada Artistic Swimming.\n\n\nConsent Forms & Waivers\nAll athletes must fill out the Athlete Waivers and Medical Release forms if they were not filled out before National Qualifier.\n\n\nAnti-Doping & Prohibited Substances\nBy registering for this competition\, athletes acknowledge that they agree to be subject to random unannounced anti-doping testing. Information about athletes’ rights and responsibilities\, as well as the full list of prohibited substances\, are available on the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport’s website\, www.cces.ca.\n\n\n\nMUSIC\nNote that all music files must be uploaded using the Dropbox File Request link and that no music submission by email will be accepted. \nFILE FORMAT \nPlease note that digital music will be used at this competition. There must be one digital file for each registered routine in an mp3 format\, with a minimum required resolution of 192kbps. \nLABELING CONVENTION \nFile must be labeled with the following information\, all separated by underscores\, with no blank spaces \n\n\n\nInformation\nOptions possibles / Instructions\n\n\n\n\n1.
