Absolutely no degelling in the pool will be tolerated.\n\n\nRules for Stretching & Land Drill\nTBC\n\n\nWhere to Eat\nTables and chairs will be provided in the venue gym on March 24-26.\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION\, FEES & PAYMENTS\n\n\n\nEntry Deadline\nFriday\, March 3\, 2023 at 11:59pm EST\n\n\nEntry Submission Information\nAll registration and entries must be sent online using Canada Artistic Swimming’s Event Registration system.\n\n\nEntry Fees\n\n\n\n\nAll routine\n$20\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLate Entries\nOnce the deadline has passed\, changes can only be requested by email\, at registrar@artisticswimming.ca\, and will be subject to a late fee. \nAccording to CAS Rule\, 5.1.5 b)\, Each routine whose entry package has not been received or is incomplete by the stated deadline is automatically assessed a $25.00 fine. This fine must be paid to the Chief Referee or designate at the coaches meeting prior to the competition\, or the routines concerned will be disqualified from the competition. \nThe FINAL deadline for late entries is 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition\, on March 10\, 2023\, 11:59 pm EST. No entries will be accepted after this date.\n\n\nAthlete Fee\nThe athlete fee is $85 per athlete. The online Event Registration Form should be used to add this amount to the club’s total.\n\n\nPayment\nTwo payment methods are available. In both cases\, payment must be received before the final payment deadline to avoid penalties. \n\nPreferred Method: By Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to payment@artisticswimming.ca (password should be CUASL2023)\nBy cheque\, payable to Canada Artistic Swimming\, sent to:\n\nCanada Artistic Swimming\nc/o June Sterling\n700 Industrial Avenue\, Suite 401\nOttawa\, ON\, K1G 0Y9\nPlease make sure that you include\, in the message of your payment\, the name of the event (University League Nationals 2023) as well as the name of your club. We receive a lot of these payments and without this it’s impossible for us to credit appropriately. \nNote that the payment deadline is one week after registration\, on March 10\, 2023\, but that late penalties will be strictly enforced.\n\n\nEvent Registration Form\nAll clubs must fill out the online Event Registration Form to provide all the pertinent information to the Organizing Committee and to calculate total cost to remit to Canada Artistic Swimming.\n\n\nConsent Forms & Waivers\nAll athletes must fill out the Athlete Waivers and Medical Release forms.\n\n\nAnti-Doping & Prohibited Substances\nBy registering for this competition\, athletes acknowledge that they agree to be subject to random unannounced anti-doping testing. Information about athletes’ rights and responsibilities\, as well as the full list of prohibited substances\, are available on the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport’s website\, www.cces.ca.\n\n\n\nMUSIC\nFILE FORMAT\nPlease note that digital music will be used at this competition. There must be one digital file for each registered routine in an mp3 format\, with a minimum required resolution of 192kbps. \nLabeling Convention\nFile must be labeled with the following information\, all separated by underscores\, with no blank spaces \n\n\n\nInformation\nOptions possibles / Instructions\n\n\n\n\n1.
