Split payments available upon request\, final payment due on August 10\, 2026.\n\n\nWaivers\nAll participants must fill out the Athlete Waivers and Medical Release forms (provided upon registration).\n\n\n\nPROGRAMMING\nActivities led by CAS staff\, National Team coaches\, Olympians\, and National Team athletes. Each day will finish with a 1-hour land session led by one of our experts.\n\n\n\nDaily Activities Include\n\n\nRoutine Creation with the Senior National Team Members – to be performed on the final day of camp!\nNational Team–aligned assessments (Report Cards to be provided)\nConditioning Sessions\, including but not limited to:\n\nSpeed Swimming\nCore workouts\nStrength / Circuit Training\n\n\nBasic skill development\, including but not limited to:\n\nNEW​ Figures / elements\nBody alignment Drills\n\nHeight Drills\n\n\nIn-water Flexibility Drills\n\nHybrid Training\n\n\nHighlights with the Senior National Team\nExtension & Flexibility Sessions\n\nEducation Sessions such as:\n\nNutrition Sessions\nStrength Training\n\n\nTeam Building Activities & Creative Activities\nNational Team Discussion / Q&A Session\n\n\n\n\nGala Water Show\nThe week will conclude with a 30 minute Gala Water Show where athletes will perform the routines that they created with our experts.\n\n\nPersonalized Training Time\nAthletes that purchase the Private Training Add On will receive 3 hours of personalized training with one of our National Team Coaches &/or National Team Athletes.
