Please note that this means that Canada is using the new judging system – make sure to read rules carefully for more details.\n\n\n\n\nPOOL & VENUE INFORMATION\n\n\n\nPool Information\nToronto Pan Am Sports Centre\n875 Morningside Ave\, Toronto\, ON\nToronto\, ON M1C 0C7\n\n\nPool Specs\nCompetition Side: 25m x 25m x 3m\nWarmup Side: 25m x 25m x 3m\n\n\nDeck Privileges\nAll Coaches must have proper accreditations on them at all times\, and will be expected to have the proper level of certification as per rule 4.7 a): Coach eligibility is as per the current CAS Coach Registration and Certification Policy as posted on the CAS website on the Bylaws & Policies page.\n\n\nSecurity & Health Services\nTrained Lifeguards will be on deck at all times during the competition\n\n\nRules for Gelling\nWe request that clubs handle all gelling and degelling at the hotel. Absolutely no degelling in the pool will be tolerated.\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION\, FEES & PAYMENTS\n\n\n\nEntry Deadline\nMonday\, May 11\, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT\n\n\nEntry Submission Information\nAll registration and entries must be sent online using the CAS Registration System (RAMP Interactive). This fine must be paid to the Chief Referee or designate at the coaches meeting prior to the competition\, or the routines concerned will be disqualified from the competition. \nThe FINAL deadline for late entries is 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition\, on May 29\, 2026\, 11:59 pm EDT. No entries will be accepted after this date.\n\n\nAthlete Fee\nThe athlete fee is $160 per athlete. The amount will be calculated through the RAMP competition registration system and calculated in the amount due there.\n\n\nPayment\nFour payment methods are available. In both cases\, payment must be received before the final payment deadline to avoid penalties. \n\nPreferred Method 1: By Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to payment@artisticswimming.ca (we accept transfers with no passwords! If your bank still requires one\, it should be MASTERS2026)\nPreferred Method #2: By bank wire. Please contact june@artisticswimming.ca to get bank details if you’d like to pay this way.\nBy credit card. There must be one digital file for each registered routine in an mp3 format\, with a minimum required resolution of 192kbps. \nLabeling Convention\nFile must be labeled with the following information\, all separated by underscores\, with no blank spaces \n\n\n\nInformation\nOptions possibles / Instructions\n\n\n\n\n1. For teams\, please use the first swimmer’s last name\, by alphabetical order\n\n\n\nDeadline\nThe deadline to send all music is May 29\, 2026\, at 11:59pm in your timezone.. \nCOACH CARDS\nFILE FORMAT\nAll Coach Cards must be sent in in Excel format and use the file created through the Coach Card software available here. \nPlease make sure you have the latest version of the software before exporting your files. \nLabeling Convention\nFiles must be sent without changing the label from the export. \nDeadline\nThe deadline to send coach cards is the Friday before the competition June 5\, 2026\, at 11:59pm in your timezone. \nFurther rules related to the process required to change a coach card after this deadline will be released later.
