Fort de son exp\u00e9rience acquise au cours des 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 titre d\u2019entra\u00eeneur de gymnastique, M. Begon a aid\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019ensemble des aspects techniques de son programme en s\u2019appuyant sur ses connaissances biom\u00e9caniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un logiciel prototype d\u2019analyse vid\u00e9o qui permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer rapidement divers param\u00e8tres, M. Begon et l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019analyse de la performance ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 toutes les routines, ainsi que leurs composantes. Ils se sont pench\u00e9s sur la difficult\u00e9 des pouss\u00e9es acrobatiques, la hauteur des athl\u00e8tes au moment o\u00f9 elles se propulsent hors de l\u2019eau, le nombre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s par les huit nageuses, en groupes de quatre ou deux par deux, le nombre d\u2019erreurs de synchronisation mineures et majeures, le nombre de variations de formation, les transitions utilis\u00e9es pour passer d\u2019une formation \u00e0 l\u2019autre, le type de pouss\u00e9es acrobatiques, l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019espace, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/synchro.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/analyser-sport-science-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-377 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/synchro.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/analyser-sport-science-2.png\" alt=\"analyser (sport science) 2\" width=\"479\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/artisticswimming.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/analyser-sport-science-2-200x114.png 200w, https:\/\/artisticswimming.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/analyser-sport-science-2-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/artisticswimming.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/analyser-sport-science-2-400x227.png 400w, https:\/\/artisticswimming.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/analyser-sport-science-2.png 479w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 479px) 100vw, 479px\" \/><\/a>Certaines des conclusions se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es surprenantes. Les routines de l\u2019\u00e9quipe canadienne pour 2015 avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es en mettant l\u2019accent sur une difficult\u00e9 accrue. Par exemple, pendant 75 % de la dur\u00e9e de la routine libre, les huit nageuses se d\u00e9pla\u00e7aient en formation synchronis\u00e9e. Dans le cas des m\u00e9daill\u00e9es d\u2019or, ce pourcentage baissait \u00e0 69 % et il \u00e9tait encore plus faible pour les autres m\u00e9daill\u00e9es. Cette d\u00e9couverte indiquait que les Canadiennes avaient peut-\u00eatre vis\u00e9 une difficult\u00e9 trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Les nouvelles routines pr\u00e9sentent une plus grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de formations ainsi que des transitions davantage cr\u00e9atives et int\u00e9ressantes, ce qui devrait permettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ses r\u00e9sultats pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, l\u2019impression artistique et le niveau de difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab Concevoir une strat\u00e9gie \u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Munies de toutes ces donn\u00e9es, les entra\u00eeneures de l\u2019\u00e9quipe canadienne, <\/span><b>Meng Chen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Anastassia Goutseva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Miho Yoshida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>Lyne Pich\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ont adopt\u00e9 une approche collaborative et inclusive pour cr\u00e9er les routines technique et libre de 2016. Mme Chen avait une id\u00e9e en t\u00eate, mais elle voulait que l\u2019\u00e9quipe participe au processus de d\u00e9veloppement. Les entra\u00eeneures ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les conclusions de l\u2019analyse de la performance aux athl\u00e8tes, et elles ont travaill\u00e9 avec le groupe de nageuses exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un programme technique plus vari\u00e9 et int\u00e9ressant, ainsi qu\u2019un programme libre raffin\u00e9 et dynamique. En plus de mettre en pratique l\u2019information recueillie dans le cadre de l\u2019analyse, Mme Chen tenait \u00e0 ce que les programmes touchent la fibre \u00e9motive du public.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00ab Synth\u00e9tiser \u00bb <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Particuli\u00e8rement pour la routine technique, la vision de Meng Chen \u00e9tait d\u2019incarner des femmes fortes et puissantes, un reflet de la nature exigeante de la nage synchronis\u00e9e. L\u2019imagerie extra-terrestre s\u2019est impos\u00e9e t\u00f4t dans la planification, car la culture populaire conf\u00e8re \u00e0 ces cr\u00e9atures des capacit\u00e9s surhumaines. Le choix de la musique m\u00e9langeant des variations uniques de divers artistes comme Nightwish, Dodge and Fuski, le Cirque du Soleil et Xandria a rapidement suivi. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La combinaison du placement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments, des pouss\u00e9es spectaculaires et du niveau accru de difficult\u00e9 avec une ex\u00e9cution plus soign\u00e9e a permis de dynamiser la routine. \u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de pr\u00e9senter aux juges un programme am\u00e9lior\u00e9 qui leur offre une image encore plus nette. Dans cette routine sous le th\u00e8me des extra-terrestres, nous voulons vraiment d\u00e9montrer les diff\u00e9rents styles de chor\u00e9graphie que les Canadiennes peuvent r\u00e9aliser \u2013 nous pr\u00e9sentons plus d\u2019un style, mais avec une signature canadienne traditionnelle. \u00bb<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce programme sera d\u00e9voil\u00e9 au monde entier lors du tournoi de qualification olympique en nage synchronis\u00e9e de la FINA, qui se d\u00e9roulera du 2 au 6 mars 2016, \u00e0 Rio de Janeiro, au Br\u00e9sil. Il convient parfaitement aux athl\u00e8tes canadiennes qui poss\u00e8dent la capacit\u00e9 physique et la comp\u00e9tence artistique pour int\u00e9grer les le\u00e7ons tir\u00e9es de la science sportive et incarner des jeunes femmes fortes dot\u00e9es de super pouvoirs.
