\"\"Avec pr\u00e8s de 100 participants, l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et le congr\u00e8s de Natation Artistique Canada 2018 f\u00fbt une exp\u00e9rience productive et motivante. R\u00e9unie \u00e0 Calgary, en Alberta, du 13 au 16 septembre, la fin de semaine s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans une atmosph\u00e8re de camaraderie et de collaboration alors que toute l’\u00e9quipe de NAC a travaill\u00e9 ensemble pour planifier la croissance future du sport et pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les succ\u00e8s de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. Tout le monde est reparti ayant comme d\u00e9fi d’imaginer un avenir mettant l’accent sur les nouveaux attributs de la marque de Natation Artistique Canada : Puissant, dynamique, cr\u00e9atif, inclusif<\/span> et collaboratif<\/span>, et refl\u00e9tant toujours les valeurs de l’organisation.<\/p>\n

Sous le th\u00e8me ENSEMBLE, NOUS SOMMES NATATION ARTISTIQUE CANADA<\/span>, les membres ont travaill\u00e9 ensemble pour trouver un terrain d’entente et d\u00e9finir les r\u00f4les et les responsabilit\u00e9s afin d’optimiser l’efficacit\u00e9, partager les pratiques exemplaires et renforcer les objectifs \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans le plan strat\u00e9gique 2016-2024.\u00a0 Les sujets des ateliers comprenaient la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique de conduite, la compr\u00e9hension des conflits d’int\u00e9r\u00eats, les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de l’assurance, la restructuration de la comp\u00e9tition et l’entra\u00eeneur en tant que professionnel.\u00a0 Pour t\u00e9moigner du travail accompli \u00e0 la base, un tout nouveau programme d’alphab\u00e9tisation aquatique de base, ALLEZ \u00e0 l\u2019Eau! a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux membres et aux entra\u00eeneurs pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n

Des d\u00e9cisions importantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises, y compris des modifications aux r\u00e8glements administratifs afin d’augmenter la taille du Conseil et de porter \u00e0 trois ans la dur\u00e9e du mandat des administrateurs. Deux membres tr\u00e8s respect\u00e9s, Gail Donohue<\/strong> et Joel Sanders<\/strong>, ont pris leur retraite du Conseil et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remerci\u00e9s pour leur immense contribution \u00e0 l’organisation. Deux nouveaux membres qualifi\u00e9s et enthousiastes se sont joints au Conseil, Florence Klein<\/strong> (QC) et Shannon Higgins<\/strong> (CB).<\/p>\n

Pour supporter l’accent organisationnel sur le d\u00e9veloppement des entra\u00eeneurs, deux cours de certification des entra\u00eeneurs du PNCE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tenus conjointement avec le congr\u00e8s, permettant aux entra\u00eeneurs d’augmenter leur certification et d’assister aux ateliers du congr\u00e8s en m\u00eame temps que leur perfectionnement professionnel.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Tout au long de la fin de semaine, j’ai ressenti un sens renouvel\u00e9 de l’objectif et une direction unie – centr\u00e9e sur les occasions que notre nouvelle marque nous offre pour faire progresser l’organisation vers de nouveaux sommets. Il y a eu un th\u00e8me d’alignement tout au long des s\u00e9ances qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 incroyablement motivant et gratifiant. Le sport et l’organisation sont tous deux dans une excellente position alors que nous pr\u00e9parons ensemble un avenir passionnant \u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Judi Enns Bradette<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d’aministration national.<\/p>\n
