Solo Technical/Free, Duet/Trio Technical/Free, Mixed Duet Technical/Free, Team Technical/Free, Mixed Ability Team Technical/Free, Free Combination

Note that Masters athletes do NOT have to enter a Technical routine (solo, duet, trio or team) to be eligible to enter the corresponding free routine at 2025 Masters Championships. However, all routine are subject to entry quotas, as defined in the Masters 2025 Quotas Rules.

Also note that the minimum Age Group in order to take part in the 2025 Canadian Masters Championships is 18 years old (no exception possible).

Warmup Side: 25m x 25m x 2.5m
Deck Privileges All Coaches must have proper accreditations on them at all times, and will be expected to have the proper level of certification as per the CAS Coach Registration & Certification Policy.
Security & Health Services Trained Lifeguards will be on deck at all times during the competition
Rules for Gelling We ask that clubs consider doing gelling and degelling at the hotel whenever possible. Absolutely no degelling in the pool will be tolerated.
Where to Eat Athlete eating area will be supplied in a gym for the duration of the competition.

Entry Deadline Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 11:59pm EST
Entry Submission Information All provinces except ON & QC: All registration and entries must be sent online using the CAS Registration System (RAMP Interactive).

ON & QC: Registration must be done using the provided Excel spreadhseet. Files and instructions are available in the Quick Links section.

Late Entries Once the deadline has passed, changes can only be requested by email, at stephane@artisticswimming.ca, and will be subject to a late fee.

According to CAS Rule, 20.2.2 a), Each routine whose entry package has not been received or is incomplete by the stated deadline is automatically assessed a $50 fine. This fine must be paid to the Chief Referee or designate at the coaches meeting prior to the competition, or the routines concerned will be disqualified from the competition.

The FINAL deadline for late entries is 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition, on April 22, 2025, 11:59 pm EST. No entries will be accepted after this date.
Athlete Fee The athlete fee is $120 per athlete. The amount should be calculated on the event excel registration form (ON & QC) or through the RAMP competition registration system (other provinces).
Athlete Area Fee The athlete fee is used to procure areas for athletes and clubs to eat and rest, and has been integrated in the total athlete fee for 2025
Payment Four payment methods are available. In both cases, payment must be received before the final payment deadline to avoid penalties.

  1. Preferred Method 1: By Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to payment@artisticswimming.ca (we accept transfers with no passwords! f your bank still requires one, it should be MASTERS2025)
  2. Preferred Method #2: By bank wire. Please contact june@artisticswimming.ca to get bank details if you’d like to pay this way.
  3. By credit card. If you’re registering through RAMP, you will be able to do it directly through the system. If you’re in ON & QC, please send a request to june@artisticswimming.ca to request a credit card payment invoice.
  4. By cheque, payable to Canada Artistic Swimming, sent to:

Note that the payment deadline is one week after registration, on April 22, 2025, but that late penalties will be strictly enforced.
Event Registration Form All clubs must fill out the online Event Registration Form which will be used to provide all the pertinent information to the Organizing Committee.
Consent Forms & Waivers All athletes must fill out the Athlete Waivers and Medical Release forms by April 22, 2025.
Anti-Doping & Prohibited Substances By registering for this competition, athletes acknowledge that they agree to be subject to random unannounced anti-doping testing. Information about athletes’ rights and responsibilities, as well as the full list of prohibited substances, are available on the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport’s website, www.cces.ca.

Once you have filled out your Online Registration Form, we will send you a Dropbox File Request which you must use to send your music files. Note that music files sent by email will NOT be accepted – the Dropbox link must be used.

FILE FORMAT

Please note that digital music will be used at this competition. There must be one digital file for each registered routine in an mp3 format, with a minimum required resolution of 192kbps.

LABELING CONVENTION

File must be labeled with the following information, all separated by underscores, with no blank spaces

3. Club Name no spaces please!
4. Athlete Last Name For duets, use both last names. For teams, please use the first swimmer’s last name, by alphabetical order

The deadline to send all music is April 15, 2025, at 11:59pm.
