Canada Artistic Swimming is proud to confirm that all members of its 2020 Junior National Team coaching staff have agreed to continue leading the Canadian team that is scheduled to compete at the postponed Junior World Championships to be held in Quebec City in August 2021.
Head Coach Karine Doré and assistants Yingli Hou and Nathalie Lagrange will be responsible for selecting and preparing the team that will represent Canada at home in Quebec City at the combined FINA Junior & Youth World Championships.
“We are extremely grateful that the National Junior Team coaching staff has agreed to continue along with the program”, stated Julie Healy, Chief Sport Officer. “This presents a unique opportunity for the coaches to lead the development of the Junior program plan for the upcoming season, having experienced first-hand our programming for the past season. They have contributed to and led all aspects of the National Junior Program to date and their experiences will guide the development of the 2020-21 plan. They are an experienced and skilled team of coaches who have already demonstrated their ability to work as a high functioning coaching staff.”
