Canada Artistic Swimming (CAS) has parted ways with Senior National Team Head Coach, Gábor Szauder, effective immediately. Szauder had been the high-performance team coach since January 1, 2019, coaching the team to a 6th place finish at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
Kerri Morgan, CAS Chief Sport Officer, will now assume leadership of coaching responsibilities with the senior squad, alongside a talented team of high-performance coaches. Together, they will lead Team Canada into next month’s World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, striving to continue building on their recent World Cup success and to keep climbing up the world rankings.
Canada Artistic Swimming will have no further comment at this time.
