Late Entries | Once the deadline has passed, changes can only be requested by email, at registrar@artisticswimming.ca, and will be subject to a late fee.
According to CAS Rule, 5.1.5 b), Each routine whose entry package has not been received or is incomplete by the stated deadline is automatically assessed a $25.00 fine. This fine must be paid to the Chief Referee or designate at the coaches meeting prior to the competition, or the routines concerned will be disqualified from the competition. The FINAL deadline for late entries is 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition, on April 25, 2022, 11:59 pm EST. No entries will be accepted after this date. |

Athlete Fee | The athlete fee is $85 per athlete. The online Event Registration Form should be used to add this amount to the club’s total. | ||||||||||||||
Payment | Two payment methods are available. In both cases, payment must be received before the final payment deadline to avoid penalties.

Once you have filled out your Online registration Form, we will send you a Dropbox File Request which you must use to send your music files. Note that music files sent by email will NOT be accepted – the Dropbox link must be used.
FILE FORMAT
Please note that digital music will be used at this competition. There must be one digital file for each registered routine in an mp3 format, with a minimum required resolution of 192kbps.

File must be labeled with the following information, all separated by underscores, with no blank spaces

Deadline
The deadline to send all music is April 20, 2022, at 11:59pm.
At this time, the province of Quebec requires proof of double vaccination for people to enter sport facilities.
This section will be updated as the COVID-19 situation evolves in Canada, Quebec and Quebec City to indicate the counter-measures that will be put in place for this event.
Updates on the status of possible vaccination mandates for the event will also be kept up-to-date here.
