LTAD FRAMEWORK 2.1

Canada Artistic Swimming and its member partners are proud to release the Artistic Swimming Long-Term Athlete Development Framework 2.1 resource.  This resource is an accumulation of two years’ work and will become the fundamental operational manual underpinning the structure and programming for the sport.

The Artistic Swimming Long-Term Athlete Development Framework 2.1 is an introduction to the key factors of LTAD and their application to artistic swimming.
