Judi Enns Bradette, from Toronto, Ontario is the new President and Chair of the Board of Synchro Canada. She was elected by her peers to chair the six-member board for a two-year term. Enns Bradette has been involved in the sport of synchronized swimming since childhood and is excited by her new responsibilities.
“I am thrilled and honoured to serve as President and Chair of Synchro Canada’s Board of Directors,” said Enns Bradette. “I look forward to working with my board colleagues, our CEO, and all staff, Provincial/Territorial Sport Organizations, clubs, coaches and officials to execute on our strategic vision, reaching our goal of increased participation by both boys and girls, and celebrating our Canadian athletes’ success on the international stage.”
Formerly a professional coach with the Toronto Synchronized Swim Club and the Burlington Synchronized Swim Club, Enns Bradette is now a Partner in the Executive Search firm Amrop Knightsbridge. Enns Bradette has served on the Synchro Canada Board since 2015 and most recently was Chair of its Human Resources and Strategic Plan Steering Committees.
As the volunteer President of the national sport organization, Enns Bradette believes the National Board sets the tone for the organization, representing its values at all times. She feels that Synchro Canada has a solid planning foundation in place to continue moving forward, and looks ahead to a bold future for the organization.
Enns Bradette steps into the post vacated by Calgary, Alberta’s Henry Scheil who has served on the board since 2009, and completed his final term as president of the organization from 2015-2017.
