The purpose of this Policy is to allow national level Athletes and national team Coaches to appeal CAS decisions described in Section 3 or 4 herein, and to allow Individuals to appeal decisions of a PTSO or Affiliated Organization that has adopted this Policy, without recourse to external legal or judicial procedures.
