CAS, its PTSOs, and Affiliated Organizations are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for all Registrants and Individuals participating in or contributing to the sport of artistic swimming in Canada. To achieve this objective, the Organizations wish to ensure that any unwelcome behaviour or conduct occurring within their Activities and Events and any other alleged breaches of their Policies can be reported, complained about, and managed properly, equitably and fairly.
This Policy and Procedure applies to Reported Incidents or Complaints lodged against or involving current or past Registrants, Individuals, PTSOs or Affiliated Organizations arising from, or pertaining to the Organization’s Activities and Events.
