As of February 6, 2026, CAS has reached an out-of-court, amicable settlement agreement with seven former National Team athletes who, in March 2021, filed class action proceedings against it in the Superior Court of Quebec.
As required by law, this settlement agreement will be submitted on May 11, 2026 to the Court for approval.
Members of the class represented by the seven plaintiffs are invited to consult the Notice to class members, approved by the Court on February 11, 2026 and which contains important details as to the procedure and deadlines to make representations at the settlement approval hearing.
