On June 8, at the end of the 2014 Canadian Espoir Championships, Synchro Canada held Phase 4 of its trials for its 2014 13-15 National Squad scheduled to compete at the Mediterranean Cup in Greece.

Previously, the top-25 athletes in the 13-15 figures event had advanced to Phase 2, a second figures event. The top-20 athletes from that second phase were invited to Phase 3 where they performed a routine for the judges.

The National Squad will spend the month of August training in Toronto before leaving for Alexandroupolos, Greece, where the competition will take place on September 4-7.
