COMMUNICATIONS
- Develop and support the implementation of a strategic communications and public relations campaign in collaboration with the CEO and reflective of the Strategic Plan that will lead to effective brand management

EVENTS

- Manages the preparation of event operational budgets, all event financial results and immediate oversight of accounts related to events.
- Acts in the capacity of Senior Event Director for each Canada Artistic Swimming event staff and volunteer team ensuring targets are met
- Supervises and directs venue operations related to events as well as supervises all scheduling and resource personnel on site (eg music technicians and announcers, photographers and other volunteers, venue suppliers, etc.).

MARKETING / BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Manage key messaging, promotional and advertising campaigns to communicate and elevate the CAS brand through national programs like AquaGO! and the national team, as well as through CAS national and international events.
- Direct and monitor brand usage and application of brand standards and guidelines with Provincial Partners sharing the CAS brand.

SPONSORSHIP / FUNDRAISING
- Responsible for the development of a national sponsorship and fund-raising campaign strategy that builds self-generated revenue capacity for the organization. Chief Sport Officer – Job Description
- Leads and oversees the entire Canada Artistic Swimming (CAS) High Performance system including athletes and coaches’ development pathways in accordance with the general objectives established in the CAS Strategic Plan (working with HP Consultant until end July 2017);
- Contributes to the on-going monitoring of the CAS Strategic Plan, including the articulation of multi-year and annual High Performance Program Operational Plans to achieve the established performance objectives and metrics;
- Reviews SC’s technical performance at all levels against short, intermediate and long term goals, provides analysis & recommendations, and makes appropriate adjustments as required;
- Provides leadership in the development and the implementation of provincially and nationally-run next gen athlete development programs to create an effective athlete and coach development pathway that is based on LTAD principles, and the sport’s gold medal profile;

Member Services and Event Manager – Job Description
The Member Services/Event Manager has overall responsibility for providing support to the CEO and other senior management with a specific emphasis on Member services and events. Significant duties include planning, organizing, and supervising Member programs with an emphasis on achieving Canada Artistic Swimming’s (CAS) strategic plan, as well as managing specific aspects of national and international competitions hosted by CAS. He/she provides assistance to the CEO including managing communication with the Board of Directors and Members and to the Director of Communications and Events related to the execution of event functions.

IST Program Manager – Job Description

- Responsible for supporting the CSO, and Head Coach with executing the vision of all Canada Artistic Swimming National Team Programs and for daily management of National Team Competitions and programming (centralized and decentralized) to sustain medal performances at World Series, Pan Am, World Championships and Olympic Games.
- Establishes and follows clear priorities in managing projects, activities and resources effectively with specific attention to logistics details.
- Routinely coordinate travel plans and itineraries, accommodation and on site plans in support of the national team members, coaching staff and others attending international events and training camps.
