The 2014 MAKE UP FOR EVER France Open will be held in Montreuil

Ottawa, March 18, 2014 – Following the silver medal in the team event and the bronze medal in the duet event at the German Open last weekend, Canadian synchronized swimming national team will pursue its preparation in Europe at the 2014 MAKE UP FOR EVER France Open, March 20-22, in Montreuil.

Here are the team members who will represent Canada in this competition:

Thursday, March 20

Friday, March 21

10 am: free solo – prelims. (Jacqueline Simoneau)

3:15 pm: free duet – final (Jacqueline Simoneau et Karine Thomas)

Saturday, March 22

5 am: technical team – final

8 am: free solo – final (Jacqueline Simoneau)

11 am: free team – final

Senior National Team Head Coach Meng Chen and her assistant coach Anastassia Goutseva will accompany these swimmers.

Louise Kennedy and Dot Padget have been appointed as judges for the competition.
