OTTAWA (May 13, 2015) – On May 3, at the end of the Shiseido Canadian Open Championships, Synchro Canada held Phase 4 of the trials to select the 16 members of its 2015 Junior National Squad.  The 4-phase process included two figures events as well as a demanding routine competition where selected athletes were all required to perform the same routine in front of judges.

Members of the Junior National Squad will attend a camp in Calgary led by Head Coach Jennifer Tregale and her assistants Kasia Kulesza, Elena Podolsky and Manny Wu.  The camp, which will be held from June 29 to August 15, will prepare all 16 athletes to represent the country at the 2015 UANA Synchronized Swimming Pan American Age Group Championships in August where Canada intends to field two teams.
